Return & Refund

In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 60 Days Return Warranty.If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer service: [email protected].

Defective merchandises are subject to refund within 60 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn.
The size data of each garment on the website is measured according to the actual size of the product. Please check the size chart carefully to choose the right products. We will not accept any complaint and compensation for size error caused by personal reasons.

If because of personal reasons that I don’t like it, We accept size changing service.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only free replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to get operation process and return address.

Return Shipping Cost (if applicable)

We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective. Jevip is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees

You chose the wrong product due to changed mind, personal taste, etc. Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees.

In addition, we do not charge re-listing fees!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note the following product return requirements:

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;
Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging,
accessories and embellishments fully intact;
Gift cards,formal dress, jewelry, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.
