Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Maybe because your browser is installed some kinds of plug-ins. Please clear the cookies restart the browser and then try again.

Unpaid Order: Your order had not yet been paid for. You are able to delete this order and place a new one with the correct information.
Paid|Preparing order: You can click here to apply for a change within three hours after you’ve made the payment. We will try to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee it can be done successfully, as the order is undergoing the processing procedure.
Paid|Partially shipped order: We are not able to change the order for shipped items. You can click here to change your order. For items you wish to change, please have your order number and item information ready.
Paid|Shipped order: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change any information including size, color, address, etc…

If you are not completely satisfied with your Jevip product, we will provide a return service within 60 days of purchase.

Paid|Processing: You have paid for this order and we are processing the parcel. Processing time is 1-3 business days.
Once the order is paid successfully, you will get an email with order confirmation and details.

Paid|Partially Shipped: Because your orders may contain multiple items, you may receive multiple packages. “Partially Shipped” implies that some of your items have been shipped. You will receive several emails containing shipping information and tracking numbers.

Paid|Shipped: Your parcel has been shipped and we will e-mail you the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Standard Shipping: If you do not receive the parcel within 25-30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us to confirm the shipping address.

Parcel may be delayed for the following reasons:
1 Custom clearance and unexpected bad weather.
2 Local shipping agent delayed processing.
3 Incomplete or wrong address.

We do sincerely hope that you can kindly wait for parcels as they are on their way.
If the items have not been shipped, you can contact us for exchange the item or request a refund.

If an item you have received has size or color problem, please do the following:
For color issues, send us photos (using natural light) of the item, package, and labels.
For size issues, please place the garment on the floor and using a tape measure, measure the Bust, Waist, and Hips. Send us a photo of these measurements.

We consider the item’s size to be wrong if the size difference between the item you have received and the measurement indicated on the size chart differ by at least 3 cm (1.18 inch).

Please contact us and include with your message pictures, order number, and item number. Upon receiving your message, we will be in touch with you shortly.

The size guide is next to each product page. Please use it to determine your size not by what you normally wear. This sizing is based on general standards.

To find the correct size, measure carefully, and update your measurements regularly. First take your bust, hip and waist measurements, either in inches or in centimeters. When you have the measurements, find the size that corresponds best with your results in the chart above.
